This sled features an 18" center weight post, removable push handles that can be switched from side to side, and a pulling ring built into the top plate.
 
The pushing handles posts can also be used for additional weight and have room for 45 lb plates to be on all of the posts at the same time. 
 
90 Lb empty weight, 1/4" steel plate top, 2"x3" tubing for the frame, 1-1/2" handles, Matte Black powdercoat finish.
